Stick & Stay Trail hits the sweet spot with Milk House Ice Cream

Stick & Stay Trail hits the sweet spot with Milk House Ice Cream
August 5, 2024 Elgin Area CVB

Here’s the scoop: Milk House Ice Cream is all about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to craft their delicious ice cream flavors. The shop itself is located in the farm’s old milk house. Besides offering classic flavors such as chocolate or cookies and cream, visitors can also try unique seasonal creations. Not sure what to pick? Indulge in an Ice Cream Flight to sample a variety of flavors. Milk House Ice Cream also has bragging rights as an Illinois Maker through the Illinois Office of Tourism. The Illinois Makers program celebrates the small businesses whose uniquely Illinoisan style and creativity set their locally made goods apart.

Milk House Ice Cream is participating in Explore Elgin Area’s Stick and Stay program to celebrate serving the Elgin area for 40 years.  This program allows you to win prizes when you collect 12 stickers from one of the 24 destinations participating in the program. Collect these stickers in person or digitally when you visit the attractions and submit them to the Explore Elgin Area Visitors Center to redeem your prize (as long as supplies last).
