Stick & Stay Trail initiative a hole-in-one with Elgin area golf clubs
August 21, 2024 Elgin Area CVB

The Elgin area is a haven for golfers, offering numerous courses for a perfect day of outdoor recreation. Elgin’s Bowes Creek Country Club, for instance, is an 18-hole public golf course which was named Illinois’ top rated golf course overall and #21 in the nation by Golf Advisor. Just a short putt east in nearby Bartlett, Bartlett Hills Golf Club offers nearly 6,500 picturesque, tree-lined yards of challenging golf.  Bonnie Dundee Golf Club in Carpentersville draws golfers of all skill levels and ages. And West Dundee’s signature Randall Oaks Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course that caters to your every need. Ready to go clubbing? Check out the complete list of Elgin area courses at https://exploreelginarea.com/things-to-do/sports-play/golf-courses/.

The local golf clubs are participating in Explore Elgin Area’s Stick and Stay program to celebrate serving the Elgin area for 40 years.  This program allows you to win prizes when you collect 12 stickers from one of the 24 destinations participating in the program. Collect these stickers in person or digitally when you visit the attractions and submit them to the Explore Elgin Area Visitors Center to redeem your prize (as long as supplies last).
