Two Elgin Craft Beer Fest Tickets for August 11, 2018
Sponsored by Elgin Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, Elgin Craft Beer Fest and Elgin Breakfast Rotary Club.
PRIZE
Two General Admission tickets to 2018 Elgin Craft Beer Fest on Saturday, August 11th. Must be used on Saturday, August 11th during the event hours.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, altered or counterfeit gift cards/certificates. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions or cash/credit redemption allowed. Winners are responsible for any taxes, licensing fees, or any other obligations on prizes. All unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest and qualify for a chance to win the Prize, a participant must:
(1) Engage accordingly to contest social media posts on Facebook and Instagram. Only one entry per person/account will be accepted. Entries will not be valid after August 6, 2018, 2:59 AM CST. Winners are not eligible to enter again.
(2) Drawings will be conducted by Elgin Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be notified via Facebook. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
(3) Winner(s) must provide Full Name, Current and Active E-mail address, and active US domestic phone number.
(4) Upon prize pick-up, winner must provide proof of identity and proof of age.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico [and Rhode Island]) who are age 21 or older at time of entry.
Employees of Elgin Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, participating sponsors, partner municipalities/member business of Elgin Breakfast Rotary and its affiliates, subsidiaries, tenants, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (“Sponsor and its agents”) and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
GENERAL
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Kane County, Illinois, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Kane County, Illinois. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, by the decisions of the judge, and by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions; (2) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners and its agents from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and their acceptance and/or use/misuse of any prizes; and (3) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of TN or where prohibited by law). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected at random from all entries received by 11:59 AM Central Time on July 30, 2018. Winner will be randomly selected from all entries on August 6, 2018.
The winner will be notified via Facebook. The winner must respond to the notification message within 48 hours and be able to pick-up the prize by Wednesday, August 8th at 4:30PM. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
OTHER CONDITIONS
By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that Elgin Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and it’s participating sponsors, its stakeholders, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for and shall be held harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway.
Entry to the contest constitutes permission to post the winner’s name, photo and home city/state for purposes of advertising without further compensation by Elgin Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and/or its participating sponsors.
Elgin Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and its participating sponsors reserves the right to suspend or cancel the giveaway without notice to contest entrants.
Prize must be used at 2018 Elgin Craft Beer Fest on Saturday August 11th, a participating Elgin Area Convention & Visitors Bureau member attraction.
