Back to School Beer Pairing Dinner at More Brewing in Bartlett

Join More Brewing in Bartlett on Thursday Sept. 26, for a special Back to School Beer Dinner.
This themed dinner will include a welcome cocktail and 4 courses with 5oz beer pairings for each course. We’ll be debuting a super special barrel-aged stout to pair with our dessert course. Monkey Bars is barrel aged stout aged for 20 months in Four Roses, FEW and Old Forester barrels and then conditioned on Wild Thai Bananas.

The menu is as follows:
Welcome Cocktail
First Course – Fried Spaghetti
Spaghetti Bolognese covered with parmesan breadcrumbs, fried golden brown and crispy. Served atop a fresh microgreen salad and drizzled with basil oil.
Second Course – Ribwich
Berkshire pork belly braised in a Carolina Gold BBQ sauce. Served on a fresh house-baked Hawaiian roll with duck fat fried smashed fingerling potatoes.
Third Course – Cafeteria Pizza
Cold-fermented sourdough pizza with a San Marzano and heirloom tomato sauce. Topped with fresh burrata and basil.
Fourth Course – PB&J Cheesecake
Peanut butter infused Basque-Style cheesecake with our special triple berry compote and a cereal milk foam.
