BoricuaFest is returning to Elgin this summer — bringing the vibrant sights, sounds, and flavors of Puerto Rican culture to the heart of the city.

Hosted by Boricuas Unidos de Elgin, BoricuaFest is a family-friendly cultural festival celebrating Puerto Rican heritage through live music, traditional dance, authentic cuisine, artisan vendors, and community connection. Guests can enjoy performances ranging from salsa and merengue to live bands and DJs, explore a diverse marketplace of local businesses and artisans, and experience the rich traditions that make Puerto Rican culture so dynamic and welcoming.

More than just a festival, BoricuaFest is a celebration of culture, community, and unity — welcoming residents and visitors from across the region to experience the energy and warmth of Puerto Rican traditions right here in Elgin.

Whether you’re coming for the music, the food, the dancing, or to support local businesses, BoricuaFest offers something for everyone.
