Residents and visitors gather at Festival Park (132 S. Grove Ave.) to view the annual tree lighting ceremony where Mayor Kaptain, members of City Council, and Santa turn on the holiday tree lights.
The 2024 Tree Lighting Ceremony is set to occur on Nov. 30, at 5:00p.m.
