Symonds-Madison Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of U.S. Army Corporal Eriverto Ortiz, who was Missing in Action during the Korean War.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 3-8 PM and Monday, Oct. 28, from 11 AM-12 PM at 305 Park St., Elgin, IL. A funeral mass will follow at St. Mary Church of Elgin at 12:30 PM, with interment and full military honors at Bluff City Cemetery.

A fully escorted procession to Bluff City Cemetery, 945 Bluff City Boulevard, Elgin, IL 60120 will follow the mass where full military honors will be rendered.
