Hats Off to Elgin with Linda Rock
In person or Zoom event / FREE for members / $3 for guests
Historian Linda Rock will share her extensive hat collection (including men’s hats), highlighting fashion styles through the decades. In addition, she will share interesting tidbits of Elgin history that occurred during each decade of hat fashion. Feel free to wear a vintage hat! Please register for either in person or Zoom attendance.
