Join us to laugh just for the health of it. This program features laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques to help us feel happier and attain greater well-being. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
Exercise Physiologist Debbie Friend brings us “Laughter for the Health Of It.”
Featured during this class: an overview and history of using laughter for well-being and exploring the mental, physical and emotional benefits it brings us. We’ll learn the importance of daily laughter and experience a 30-45 minute Laughter for Health practice. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No special clothing or equipment required. Just bring yourself and your laughter.
