Symonds-Madison Funeral Home Collecting Valentines For Veterans Until Feb. 9

This Valentine’s Day, join Symonds-Madison Funeral Home to honor the brave veterans and show them some heartfelt appreciation.
Community members are invited to drop off hand-made and signed store-bought valentines for local veterans. Valentines will be delivered to local veterans service organizations, nursing homes, hospitals, churches and senior living facilities.
Valentines can be dropped off at 305 Park St., Monday through Saturday during business hours in the special mailbox in the lobby at Symonds-Madison Funeral Home. Valentines delivered after hours can be placed in the mail slot. Please drop off your valentines by Friday, Feb. 9, to ensure they can be delivered on time.
If you know a veteran who would love to receive a valentine, please call the funeral home at 847-741-1128 to arrange delivery.
