Children 15 and under, come get hooked with South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department at the 2025 Tuna Kahuna Fishing Derby on June 14, 2025 at Blackhawk Pond.

The derby will start at 9am sharp.

We will have the Biggest and Smallest Fish Champion again this year. Come show off your catching abilities. Bait will be offered for sale and there will be concessions for purchase. Pre-registration is available online or onsite the day of the event at 8am.
