Offering three different menu packages and an unlimited amount of choices to choose from, you can pick the menu that’s perfect for you and your event. Buffet, silver buffet and gold buffet packages include different options and can be tailored to the perfect vision you are looking for. Choosing from a deliciously large selection of entrees and accompaniments, we are guaranteed to have something enjoyable for everyone. We also have a large selection of appetizer trays, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, fancy sweet trays and beverages that round out your dining experience.

Our background has always been in food service, just not always catering. Opening as a family owned meat market way back in 1880, we have been serving the Elgin area for well over a century. Using the freshest ingredients and quality meats, all of our salads are homemade and everything is prepared specifically for your party. Since 1982, Party Time Caterers has been serving exceptional service and delicious food for any type of event.
