Funky Rooster Tattoo and Art Gallery is a custom tattoo shop located in the heart of downtown Elgin, IL. We’re north of the Grand Victoria Casino & Riverside Park on the east side of the river across from Dogs Paw Brewery. We’re a licensed professional tattoo shop who takes great pride in our clean, friendly, and laid back environment. Our goal is that each and every client will enjoy a friendly, relaxing, and safe experience, while walking away with an amazing tattoo.
We welcome you to stop in, chat with our artists, and check out the original paintings on the walls. And Yes, they are for sale!
