About
PADS of Elgin is committed to providing safe shelter, support services, and advocacy to the men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in Northern Kane County. Our shelter is open 24-hours 365 days a year. In addition to a safe place to sleep, PADS provides three meals daily, shower and laundry facilities, and comprehensive, caring case management for our guests.
