Join Elgin Community Bikes (ECB) for a social walk from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, starting from Festival Park.

This is part of a new series of events as ECB explores Elgin from more perspectives. Plan on walking for a mile or two throughout the neighborhood, taking some breaks along the way to talk about the way the streets are built and how it impacts our safety and comfort.
