47th Annual Elgin Valley Fox Trot 10 Mile & 5K

The 47th Annual Elgin Valley Fox Trot 10 Mile & 5K is scheduled for June 2, 2024.
This great community event will showcase the best of Elgin, as the challenging 10 Mile course brings you through the historic northside of Elgin, along the beautiful Fox River, and through the campus of Judson University.
The post-race party, immediately after the race in the Fox Trot Hospitality Zone will be a blast. Join us for music, dancing, awards, food, and beverages (including beer).
Start/Finish Area: Just north of the Elgin Gail Borden Library at Grove and Kimball Street. The race route heads through Elgin’s north end neighborhoods toward Dundee and returns on the beautiful Fox River Trail. Please, no four-legged friends on the course.
Packet Pickup: Packets for pre-registered runners will be available for pickup on Friday, May 31 from 4 to 8 PM at the Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way in downtown Elgin and on Saturday, June 1 from Noon – 6 PM at Danny’s Pizza, 231 Douglas Ave, in downtown Elgin and on Race Day at the start/finish area.
Awards: Overall event awards and 5-year age group awards for the 10-Mile and 5K races will be presented at the post race party immediately after the race.
